Delphi and C Builder 2010 update 4 is made by MSI. Update 4 can be used on any of the following products:
o Delphi 2010 RTM, Update 1, Update 2 or Update 3
o C Builder 2010 RTM, Update 1, Update 2 or Update 3
o RAD Studio 2010 RTM, Update 1, Update 2 or Update 3
You should not stop the update if it has already begun. Update 4 can take 20 minutes or more.
Requirements and notes for Pack 5 (Package Database):
Only corrections associated with the database are included in Update 5 (database package). Update 4 should be installed for this update.
Update 5 (database package) will remove the previous database package, which was installed and enabling this newer version. Version of the database files after the upgrade will be 3611.
Update 5 (Dababase Pack) can be applied to any of the following products:
o Delphi 2010 or 2010 Delphi update 4
o C Builder 2010 or C Builder 2010 update 4
o RAD Studio 2010 update 4
Update 5 (database package) is required for the update 4. If Update 4 is not installed, please do not install update 5. Instead, install update 4 and then install update 5.
Update 5 may take ten minutes or more.

Run DelphiDistiller.v1.85.exe and brought into line the last Scrin, I think is understandable.
