El nuevo Hisense Pulse Pro que se ha presentado en CES 2014 resuelve muchos muchos vacíos por el que han sido críticas el montón de set top box como el Chromecast.

Hisense Pulse Pro es un set top box que funciona con Android TV v4 lo que quiere decir que funciona con Google TV apps como; Netflix, Pandora, Youtube, Amazon Instant Video, Vudu y un montón de apps streaming como el Apple TV.

Normalmente estos aparatos se controlan con un teclado pero Hisense Pulse Pro responde a comandos por voz, muy similar a lo que hemos visto en Xbox de Microsoft.

El set top box usa la misma versión de Android TV como los Smart TV VIDAA Hisense 4K que han presentado en CES y va destinado a los usuarios que aun no tienen una Smart TV, ofreciendo la misma experiencia.

Hisense Pulse Pro en su interior esconde un procesador dual-core ARMv7 a 1.7GHz con 1 GB de memoria RAM. Utiliza el utiliza el chip Marvell BG2-CT con 4GB de almacenamiento y funciona con Android 4.2.2 normal, lo que quiere decir que puedes instalar todo lo que quieras de Google Play.

Las Vegas, NV, 2014 — Rounding out the most comprehensive line of high-performing, attainable Ultra High Definition televisions on the market today, Hisense today unveiled the Hisense H8c series and Hisense H9 3D series at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The H9 will debut with 85-inch and 75-inch models and the H8c will be available in 65-inch, 55-inch and 50-inch models. Both series are powered by Android 4.2 and include SMART TV features such as Netflix, Vudu HD Movies, Amazon Instant Video, Pandora, Chrome, YouTube, and are Google Play certified.

“Our message at CES is UHD For All!” said Jonathan Frank, Vice President of Marketing, Hisense USA. “These two additions to our line deliver stunning performance, elegant design and category leadership when it comes to coupling advanced features and innovative UI.”

The H9 is navigable via its cutting-edge VIDAA user interface; comes with Bluetooth 3D glasses, Ultra-LED (U-LED) technology for incredible color detail and local dimming, RF remote with NFC, and Smart Interaction capabilities including voice and gesture controls.

The new UHD models will be available nationwide in Q3 2014.

Both series will be on display at the Hisense booth 7243 during CES, January 7-10, 2014.
